Shi Ying Choo is a highly self-motivated individual having amassed professional knowledge and transferrable skills since qualifying as a pharmacist in 2015. As the founder and CEO of CK Care 2U Sdn Bhd she is an exemplary leader driving the company forward with the message that her staff bring to customers and patients excellent professional healthcare services. Tracy Cheng
Dietician
A knowledgeable and qualified clinical dietitian (under Malaysian Dietitian’s Association) with 4 years of experience in clinical, food service and community areas. With all these skills and experience, Tracy is able to conduct comprehensive assessments, develop customized interventions and evaluations (ADIME) to those in need.
Tracy started off in a private hospital as a Dietician in April of 2019 and is now a Senior Dietician. Some of her tasks include:
- Providing individualized nutrition counselling for in-patient and out-patient to manage chronic diseases.
- Assisting in nutrition support for those who are on tube feeding and parenteral nutrition
- Working together with food service executives in menu planning and food service operations.
- Conducting health talks for public on healthy eating habits

Tracy also served as a Nutritionist at ABBOTT@ONELOYALTY SDN.BHD. in the past. As a subject matter expert her tasks in included customer enquiries on its health and product offerings. She also represented the organisation in a nutrition advisory role during Abbott’s promotional events.

Shelina Aktar
Medical Nurse
Shelina Aktar or better known as Shelly is a medical nurse in a private hospital serving in the High Dependency Unit and exchange program in ICU. Her ability to work and make critical decisions is testament to her ability to work under pressure.
A proactive individual Shelly is committed to organisational mission and vision. Her kind and warm personality coupled together with effective communicative Shelly is able to apply nursing care according to each patient’s condition and situation.
With her daily routines she has ease of use in various medical equipment such as Stethoscopes, Blood Pressure Devices, Combo Kits (Stethoscope + Blood Pressure) Pulse Oximetry for the standard nursing practice of taking and recording of Vital Signs – Body Temperature, Pulse Rate, Respiration Rate, Blood Pressure.
Through her hands-on working experience from her previous employment at SKY ASSISTED LIVING Shelly is proficient in medical care of patients with post CVA (stroke) with underlying symptoms such as Hypertension, Diabetes and such like conditions.
Other skills include wound dressing and administering of medication.
